We will start by helping you select a name for your corporation or LLC based on your goods and services. We will then file it with the Secretary of State and the IRS. Price does not include state filing fees as they vary by state. We offer creation of important business documents such as Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Meeting Minutes, Stock Certificates and hiring packages to outfit you with custom designed employment forms. From there we can determine your NAICS (industry codes) and get you registered as a government vendor on the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV). After that, the sky is the limit. Non-Profit Foundations $850
We are experts in non-profit foundations and securing federal grants! We will help you determine which type of foundation (501c3, 501c4, etc.) is right for your vision. Then, we will help you name it and file the appropriate documents with Secretary of State and the IRS. We will also get you tax-exempt with the IRS. From there we register your non-profit with SAM.gov and find available Grants that your non-profit may qualify for to help you obtain up to $1 million in Federal Grants for your foundation or projects through proposal writing.
